Mortuary Dispatch Network

Terms of Service

Effective May 2026 · Subject to update before full commercial launch.

01

Overview

MDN is a coordination platform used by authorized organizations and users to support pickup requests, dispatch, custody documentation, and related operational workflows. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

02

Eligibility and Authorized Use

The service is intended for organizations and users authorized by MDN to access the platform — including funeral homes, medical and care facilities, public agencies, removal providers, drivers, and authorized personnel acting on their behalf. Users must access the platform only through invited or credentialed channels, and only for purposes within their organization’s scope.

03

Organization Accounts

Organizations are responsible for managing their account, including the users they invite, the roles assigned, and the data their users enter or generate. Organization administrators are responsible for ensuring that their users understand and follow these terms and any internal procedures that apply to their work.

04

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, safeguard their credentials, follow their organization’s procedures, and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Users are responsible for activity performed under their account.

05

Dispatch and Coordination Tools

MDN provides tools to support dispatch, coordination, and recordkeeping. The platform does not replace professional judgment, regulatory obligations, or required business procedures. Users and organizations remain responsible for the decisions they make and for the actions they take in connection with their work.

06

Custody, Documentation, and Records

Custody events, signatures, and other documentation captured in the platform are recorded in support of operational coordination and recordkeeping. Custody records are append-only by design. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the documentation they submit and for following any applicable rules governing handling, transport, and recordkeeping.

07

Billing and Subscriptions

Where the service is provided on a subscription basis, the applicable plan and billing terms will be communicated through the normal account workflow. Payment processing is performed by a third-party payment processor. Organizations are responsible for keeping their billing information current. Failure to pay or comply with billing terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

08

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers — including hosting, communications, payment, and monitoring services — whose availability and policies may affect the platform. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

09

Availability and Service Changes

The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may change, add, or remove features, perform maintenance, and adjust the service as needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and will provide reasonable notice for material service changes where practical.

10

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to access the platform without authorization, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or access controls, submit false or misleading information, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use it in any way that could harm MDN, its users, or the integrity of the records the platform supports.

11

Limitation of Responsibility

The platform is a coordination tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDN is not responsible for outcomes that result from the actions, decisions, or omissions of users, organizations, or third parties, including any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Users and organizations remain responsible for their professional, regulatory, and operational duties.

12

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform — in whole or in part — for misuse, non-payment, security risk, suspected violation of these terms, or as otherwise required. Organizations may also discontinue use through their account administrator.

13

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated before full commercial launch. Material updates will be reflected on this page along with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
